Terrence Howard's Reason For Quitting Acting Involves 'The Flower Of Life'

Terrance Howard had folks stunned when he revealed that he was quitting acting after the final season of Empire wraps. Unsurprisingly, the topic was brought up during the star's interview with KTLA Fox at the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 23) and his response to the inquiry was a lot to digest.

"Everyone keeps trying to tell me, 'Don’t say it’s forever,' but I’ve spent 37 years pretending to be people so that people can pretend to watch and enjoy what I’m doing when I’ve made some discoveries in my own personal life with the science that Pythagoras was searching for,” Howard told the red carpet hosts in the bizarre interview. "I was able to open up the Flower of Life properly and find the real wave conjugations that we’ve been looking for for 10,000 years. Why would I continue walking on water for tips when I’ve got an entire generation to teach a whole new world?"

Howard went on to admit that he was going to "put something on YouTube" on Tuesday — the same day that he's set to receive his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame —that will "prove that gravity is only an effect and not a force."

Stay tuned for Howard's YouTube upload, or in the very least, his Walk of Fame speech!
