Druski says he's "praying for real victims of assault" after a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs that he's named in was dismissed.
The lawsuit, originally filed in October 2024, was dropped by United States District Judge Rita F. Lin due to “failure to prosecute.” In court documents, Judge Lin indicated the plaintiff, Ashley Parham, missed required deadlines several times and that there was a lack of "willingness of counsel to be retained in the matter." The lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice, meaning Parham can file a new lawsuit with proper counsel at a later date. Following the news about the lawsuit, Druski shared a statement with Complex.
“It was only a matter of time before this frivolous lawsuit against me was dismissed,” Druski said. “The evidence I submitted overwhelmingly showed that I was innocent. It proved I never knew this individual and was never even in the same state at the time of the alleged incident. From the beginning, I knew these disgusting lies would be exposed as nothing more than a malicious money grab.”
“Through it all, I’m truly grateful for the support of my family, friends, fans and business partners who stood by my side, even as these individuals attempted to destroy my reputation for greed," he continued. "I pray for the real victims of assault. We can’t allow these clout-chasing antics to deter true survivors from coming forward and speaking out against their abusers in the future.”
Parham alleged that Combs, Druski, and NFL star Odell Beckham, Jr., took turns sexually assaulting her in 2018. When she amended her lawsuit in March, Parham accused Combs of instructing Druski and OBJ to rape her vaginally. Druski provided proof that he wasn't a public figure in 2018, and was "broke living with my mom [in Georgia] without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation." Combs and Odell Beckham, Jr. also denied the claims Parham made in her lawsuit.
