The Latest on the Ariana Grande Concert Bombing

According to Isis claiming responsibility for the bombing.

The terror group said on its Telegram channel that a "soldier of the caliphate" was able to "plant explosive devices" at the arena, a US counter-terrorism source told CNN.

Police have not stated who was responsible for the bombing. ISIS routinely claims responsibility for attacks it cannot prove its connection with.

They believe the man responsible for planting the bomb died in the attack. They also arrested a man Tuesday who might be connected to the bombing.
