Can you imagine being the main character in a movie and NOT being invited to the premiere?

That's what happened to Daniel Kaluuya when "Get Out" premiered at Sundance in 2017.

"I was in Atlanta because I was shooting '[Black] Panther,' Daniel revealed during a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show

"I cleared my schedule. I was like, 'I really wanna do it.' And then just didn't get an invite. I wasn't invited, so I was just in my bed. Someone texted me, 'It's done really well.' I'm like, 'Oh, that's cool!'"

Graham and his other guests – who were visibly shocked about the situation – asked Daniel if he'd ever brought it up to his co-stars or "Get Out" writer and director Jordan Peele.

He said no, adding, "I don't ask questions. You don't really want to be in a place where you don't feel wanted."
