Astrologists Agree To Add New Sign To The Zodiac

Astrologists across the world have agreed to add a new sign to the zodiac!

Every 100 years, the day actually gets about 1.4-milliseconds longer, and over the millennia, that has added up so much that a new zodiac sign needs to be added.

Like the other signs of the zodiac, the new one will be based on the sun’s path through a constellation - Serpens. Serpens is associated with the snake.

Because over the centuries, the year hasn't been extended more 150 hours, the sign of Serpens will only last for six days, so not many people will fall under it, however its addition does slightly alter the dates for the other signs.

If you were born before the changes take place on April 19th, you will retain whatever sign you were born under, however, anyone born after April 19th will fall under the new zodiac calendar, which is:

Aquarius: January 20th to February 18th

Pisces: February 19th to March 20th

Aries: March 21st to April 18th

Taurus: April 19th to May 20th

Gemini: May 21st to June 20th

Cancer: June 21st to July 19th

Leo: July 20th to August 19th

Virgo: August 20th to September 18th

Libra: September 19th to October 18th

Scorpio: October 19th to November 16th

Sagittarius: November 17th to December 15th

Serpens: December 16th to December 21st

Capricorn: December 22nd to January 19th
