A company called Juicy Marbles has created a plant-based filet mignon steak. Their technology -- the Meat-o-matic Reverse Grinder 9000 -- uses soy protein and produces fatty “marbling,” a lot like you’d find in a real steak. We’ll see if this stuff takes off -- and if it tastes enough like meat to get people excited. (Hypebeast)
